Messages & Conversations: Social media messages, comments, and conversation data from connected platforms
AI Processing Data: Message content for categorization and smart organization features
Usage Analytics: Application usage patterns, feature interactions, and performance data
Templates & Preferences: Custom message templates, categories, and user preferences
Payment Information: Billing details are securely processed by Paddle (our payment processor) - we do not store your credit card information
Subscription Data: Plan type, billing history, and subscription status for account management

We only access the minimum data necessary to provide our service and never share your information without your consent.
Your Rights & Control
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
Data Access & Portability
• Request a copy of your data
• Export your message templates
• Download conversation history
Data Control
• Disconnect social media accounts
• Delete your account and data
• Modify privacy preferences
Data Retention & Deletion
Active Accounts:
• Account data is retained while your subscription is active
• Message data is synchronized in real-time with connected platforms
• You can request data export at any time
Inactive Accounts (no active subscription):
• After 30 days: Connected social media accounts will be automatically disconnected from receiving new messages (webhook unsubscription)
• After 60 days: Your account and ALL associated data (messages, conversations, connected accounts, templates, categories) will be permanently deleted
• You will receive email notifications before these actions occur
• Reactivating your subscription before 60 days preserves all your data
Manual Account Deletion:
• You can request account deletion at any time from Settings
• Manual deletion requests are processed within 7 days with a 7-day grace period for cancellation
• Backup data is securely deleted within 90 days of account deletion
