What an event keeps.

Hosts sign in with Apple or Google. That account owns the event, the invite, and the reveal settings.

Guests can join with a first name. If they also link Apple or Google, the events they joined stay on that account. If they skip it, the event stays on that phone.

Photos are stored so the people in the event can see them. Originals and thumbnails are deleted 90 days after the event ends. The event name and guest list can remain for the host.

The camera is used to take photos at the event. The photo library is used when a guest uploads a shot they already have, or when someone saves the album to their phone.
