Create the event in the app, on iPhone or Android. The last step is the invite: a QR code, a 6-character code, and a socialsynk.app/j/ link.

They install SocialSynk, then open the same link or type the code. The event is waiting on the other side.

Yes. A first name is enough. Linking Apple or Google saves the event to that account so it survives sign-out. Skipping that keeps the event on that phone only.

The camera can shoot on the phone. Uploading to the shared album needs a connection. Shots stay on the device until they upload.

The host’s event stays on their phone. Guests see the shared album only when the reveal time you picked has arrived.
